December 2025 Newsletter

Hello everyone and welcome to our final newsletter for the year!
It has been a very busy year again at NSRDA, and we’re all looking forward to a break to spend time with our families and friends for the Christmas holidays.  Our horses are also looking forward to a well-earned rest over summer.  We’re finishing the year with some fantastic news!  We were thrilled to receive the ‘Community Impact Award’ at the Harcourts Ltd Harbour Sport Community Awards.

Kalmar Construction Ltd is a proud Gold Sponsor of North Shore Riding for the Disabled and recently chose to dedicate their annual community day to a hands-on working bee at North Shore RDA in Stillwater.  As it turned out the day happened to coincide with the wettest stormiest day we have had all winter! ...

Rising costs put pressure on our programmes

Without increased sponsorship and donations, we may have no choice but to raise rider fees, making access to our therapeutic riding harder for rider families already feeling the financial pressures of rising living costs.
