North Shore RDA Facility for hire
We have always had our arena and barn available for rent, however, since finishing our all-weather arena roof, interest has grown.
The opportunity to hire out our facility is another way we can top up our income to cover our operating costs and make sure we can "Reach more Riders - Change more Lives".
Recently we hosted a three-day dressage event by a Spanish dressage rider, who gave lessons and demonstrations. Attendees were very impressed with our facilities. We’ve hosted dog training sessions, and we’ve got a couple of special events tentatively booked later in the year.
To manage our facility hire effectively, we plan to upgrade our security and need help to fund this. We plan to replace our old barn door, adding a smart lock plus add a smart lock to the property gate. With these in place we can program access codes with usage times and remotely enable and disable these.
