For Half a century, NSRDA has existed for one reason — to change lives through the therapeutic power of horses. Every week, our riders experience improvements in strength, balance, confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing. For many, their RDA session is the most meaningful, joyful, or empowering hour of their entire week.
We were honoured to receive the Community Impact Award at the He Toa Taua – Harbour Sport Excellence Awards as a testament to the extraordinary effort of our riders, staff, volunteers, and supporters and this award validates the measurable difference we make within our community every single day.
