She has flown through the RDA induction process like an absolute star and the riders are looking forward to her being in the programme.

Toots - 13.2hh grey Welsh pony. His registered name is "Taurimu Tudor" and he has been a top show pony in his past, competing at the Horse of the year (HOY) as well as show jumping. Toots came to us from Waiuku after his two previous riders had outgrown him. He has been with us for a week and is already showing us his sweet and gentle nature. Toots has a lovely active walk and narrow build which will enhance the therapeutic experience for our smaller riders. 

Harley - 14.2hh Palomino Quarter horse cross pony. She only arrived on Friday and has already settled in and is making friends. She has lots of previous experience at Pony Club. Harley prefers a gentle pace of life, and North Shore RDA was very lucky to be chosen to be her new home from lots of potential buyers.  So far, she has shown herself to be a gentle soul and will no doubt be treasured by NSRDA.

Horse Care Donors required  Now that we have these additional horses, we are looking for more donors to help with the costs of caring for them. If you know anyone who may be interested in becoming a horse care donor please get in touch. For a $3000 per year donation, (33% rebate paid back by Inland Revenue), you have a horse allocated with your name on the stall.
